Mike Heath

President/CEO & Co-Founder

Mike is veteran of the US Marine Corps and has 25+ years in business management.

​

Mike holds numerous Certifications and Licenses including: Level II NCDOT Erosion and Sediment Control/Storm Water Site Management, OSHA 30, United States Army Corp of Engineers – Construction Quality Management, Certified Defense Privatization Manager II, Registered Indoor Air Quality Manager and NC State Licensed Ground Pesticide Applicator with specialty in Aquatics.

In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Mary, their 3 sons and their wives and his 6 grandchildren.

Drew Heath

CFO & Co-Founder

Drew is an alumni of UNC-Wilmington with a bachelors degree in Environmental Science. 

​

Passionate about the environmental and technology, Drew hopes to provide innovative solutions to some of the biggest challenges we face in coastal NC. Some of these challenges include flooding, coastal erosion, and runoff issues.

​

In his free time, Drew enjoys being around the water and spending time with his wife Lia and daughters, Alexis and Emery.

Greg Heath

Project Manager

Greg is a retired veteran of the US Army with his last assignment as a detachment commander. He is also a retired fire & rescue of 20 years.

 

He holding certificates as fire fighter level l & ll, hazmat level ll, and is a certified EMT. He has osha training and certification, multiple certifications on construction equipment and is our all around handyman. 

 

In his free time, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren and extended family. He also enjoys marksmanship, hunting, fishing, and home projects. Needless to say, Greg doesn't sit still much!
